If you are a Jane Energy customer accessing the Jane platform or services, your use of the platform is governed by the Pilot Agreement, Master Service Agreement, or other written agreement between you and Jane Energy (“Customer Agreement”). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement will control.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers

• Use the Site to infringe the rights of others

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy Site content

3. Intellectual Property

The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Jane Energy and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site.

Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to the Jane Energy platform itself; such rights are granted exclusively under applicable Customer Agreements.

5. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Jane Energy is not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.

The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Jane Energy makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of the content on the Site

• The availability or functionality of the Site

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jane Energy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site. In no event will Jane Energy’s total liability exceed $100.
